Due to the nature of our products, which include dietary supplements and ingestible items, we maintain strict return policies to ensure product safety and quality.
Returns
We accept returns only for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The product must be sealed in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Gift cards
• Promotional or free items
